It's a good time to remind people about what ended the Farage, far right riots, after the Southport mass stabbings. It wasn't the police or the government, which were useless. It was the anti-fascists of the left, who turned out in bigger numbers than the far right and reclaimed the streets. 1/4 One of the biggest causes of the rise of the far right fascists, is the refusal of those like Keir Starmer, to properly challenge the far right and their lies, to pander to them, because these neoliberals are far more virulently anti-left wing, than they are against the far right. 2/4 For clarity, I am not conventionally left wing and socialist, I have nothing against them and are a sympathiser, I am a radical environmentalist, who believes in the necessity of changing our system, to avert the collapse of our system, due to the climate and ecological crisis. 3/4 I may have superficially similar objectives to the left, in creating a more equal, uneven society, and social justice, but this is practical and not ideological. It is the only way to get people to work together, to change our system, and address these future changes. 4/4 PS. It goes without saying, that this is why I oppose the far right, because of their climate change denial, anti-environmentalism, and as they are sponsored by the very rich and billionaires.
