The British government must now move beyond acknowledging the law to actually enforcing the law. Ed Miliband's speech on behalf of the government has made it very clear that the only acceptable course open before us is to enforce the laws that mean all the settlements,

We are many If we unite in solidarity, organise and coordinate our campaigning we can have a good chance of achieving our objectives of justice and peace. The fact that senior politicians have been known to change their minds and polices has often been down to the anger and indignation of large numbers of reasonable people. We have agency if we work together to build it. We need to be strategic, never stop or allow ourselves to be intimidated from campaigning, through peaceful civil resistance, if possible, against injustice, corruption, the British government's illegal complicity in the Apartheid regime of Israel's crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, illegal occupation, illegal annexation, infanticide, genocide. The position of Ed Miliband and the British government now is that the occupation of Palestinian lands by Israel is, as has been determined by the International Court of Justice, unequivocally UNLAWFUL. Our campaign in support of the survival and rights of the Palestinian people in their homeland, if it is to be strategic and have any chance of having traction must demand that the British government act, as it is legally committed to do, on the basis of their own determination that the settlements are unlawful, in other wards Andy Burnham's government must do all it can to enforce the law.
