The contract includes Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build services for facilities supporting U.S. Department of Defense operations, including industrial, infrastructure, administrative, training, and community support structures. “This contract reflects Constellis’ continued capability to deliver critical construction services to the rapidly evolving mission at Guantanamo Bay,” said Terry Ryan, Chief Executive Officer at Constellis. “We are proud to expand our longstanding partnership with the U.S. military and in this increasingly dynamic theater of operations.” Constellis has provided comprehensive construction and facility maintenance services worldwide for more than 30 years. Since 2015, Constellis has completed over $165 million in work at Guantanamo, including 45+ task orders under the prior iteration of the MACC and 110+ self-performed design-bid-build task orders. With more than 140 personnel on the ground, Constellis is positioned to efficiently execute follow-on projects with minimal mobilization.

This contract, valued at up to $700 million over its ten-year term, will provide essential base operations and life support services to U.S. military and federal agencies worldwide.
