Russian forces damaged railway infrastructure, private homes, power lines, and vehicles. Some consumers remain without electricity in the Zhytomyr, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions. The most difficult power supply situation is in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv regions. Damage to equipment has disrupted electricity transmission to consumers, and emergency power cuts are in effect.
